• No card per trip. Once the account is live, transfers sit on the company, not a personal card. Guest-pays links remain available if a traveller should settle themselves.
• Cost centre reporting. Put a cost centre, project or guest-company code on each job. Monthly invoices can group rides that way so your accounts team does not re-key every airport run.

Hotel transfer partnerships

A hotel transfer partnership for concierge desks that need arriving guests met by name — not left waiting at the taxi rank.

• Concierge booking. Your desk books for the guest: flight number, names, luggage or ski gear, hotel address. We track the flight and drop at your door.
• Guest pickups. Meet-and-greet in Zurich Airport arrivals, 60 minutes of free waiting on airport jobs, and a name sign. The guest never handles payment if the stay is billed to the hotel.
• Commission. Hotels earn a commission on referred transfers. Terms are agreed case by case from your volume — we do not publish a standard rate here.

Priority booking and a dedicated contact

Account partners are looked after first when diaries fill — peak ski weekends, Zurich Messe, WEF weeks in Davos. You deal with a named person on WhatsApp and email, not a ticket queue. Chauffeurs speak English and German, so executives and hotel guests can talk through the ride in either language. We still confirm only when a professional driver is actually available.

How a business account works

1. Tell us how you book. Email or WhatsApp with company or hotel name, typical routes, and whether you need monthly invoicing, cost centres, concierge booking or agent rates.
2. We set the account. Billing details, a dedicated contact, commission or net rates if you are a hotel or agency, and notes (meeting point, child seats, ski bags).
3. Book as you go. Send each job with flight number, names, drop-off and cost centre if you use one. Same-day rides: message us — we confirm only if we can take it.
