How It Works

Booking in Four Simple Steps

1. Book online. Choose your route, date, time and number of passengers on our Book Now page. You will see a fixed, all-inclusive price before you confirm — no hidden extras and no "request a quote".
2. Pay a 20% deposit. Confirm your booking with a secure 20% card deposit (minimum CHF 50) in Swiss francs (CHF) via Stripe (Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports it) — or pay in full. If you pay a deposit, the remaining 80% is payable to your driver after the trip.
3. We track your flight. Once booked, we monitor your flight using your flight number and adjust the pickup time automatically if you land early or late. Airport waiting is free for 60 minutes from landing; after that, waiting is CHF 30.00 per 15-minute unit. Delays over 2 hours cannot be guaranteed with the same driver.
4. Relax and arrive. Your driver meets you by name, helps with your luggage, and takes you door to door in comfort. Sit back and enjoy the journey.

On the Day of Travel

Your driver keeps an eye on your flight and heads to the airport in good time. After you land and collect your bags, your driver will be waiting to greet you and guide you to the vehicle. If anything changes, you can reach a real person quickly on WhatsApp.

Need to Change Something?

Plans change — we understand. If you need to adjust or cancel your booking, contact us as early as possible. Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full (100%); 12–24 hours are refunded at 50%; less than 12 hours or no-show, non-refundable. Written notice via the platform, email, or WhatsApp.
