What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time using your flight number and adjust the pickup automatically. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing; after that, waiting is CHF 30.00 per 15-minute unit. Delays over 2 hours cannot be guaranteed with the same driver.
How do I pay, and which currency?
At checkout you choose a 20% deposit online by card (minimum CHF 50) or pay the full fare now, in Swiss francs (CHF). If you pay a deposit, the balance is payable to your driver after the trip. Your total price is fixed at booking — no surge pricing in peak ski season.
