Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Port Air Transfer uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies (for example local session storage used by the booking form). Some cookies are strictly necessary to provide the transfer booking you request. Others are optional and are set only after you choose Accept all.

Under the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), we do not use optional cookies without your consent. You can change your choice at any time via or the footer link.

3. Necessary cookies

These are required to operate the site, remember your cookie choice, and complete a booking and payment. They do not require consent.

We do not currently enable Bookly’s “remember my details” cookies (bookly-customer-*). If that setting is turned on later, those cookies would store name, email and phone for about 1 year to pre-fill the form.

4. Functional technologies (no optional cookies)

Flatpickr is a date and time picker we host ourselves. It runs in your browser for the quote form and does not set cookies.

Polylang may set a pll_language cookie when you use the EN/DE switcher, so the site can remember the last language you chose. Language is also selected from the URL (/de/ for German). You can refuse optional cookies; this cookie is functional only.

The trip map on the booking page draws the route with OpenStreetMap tiles (not Google). Tile requests go to OpenStreetMap; we do not set a cookie for this. It loads because you asked to book a specific route.

5. Analytics / third-party (optional — Google)

If you choose Accept all, we load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tags (once measurement IDs are connected). Google LLC may then set cookies such as _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_au (names and durations are controlled by Google) to measure visits and completed bookings. Data may be processed in the United States. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

If you choose Accept all, we load Google Maps JavaScript API and Places Autocomplete so the quote form can suggest addresses. Google LLC may then set its own cookies (for example NID, SID, CONSENT — names and durations are controlled by Google) and process the address you type. Data may be processed in the United States. If you choose Necessary only, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Maps/Places scripts are not loaded. You can still type pickup and destination addresses and complete a booking. Address autocomplete will not appear.

Separately, when you request a price, our server may send the pickup and destination to Google’s Routes API to calculate distance and driving time. That is not a cookie on your device; it is described in the Privacy Policy as a processor we use to provide the quote.

6. How to change or disable cookies

On this site: use (also in the footer). Choosing Necessary only stops us loading Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Maps/Places on the next page load.
In your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Blocking all cookies may stop the booking form from working, because necessary session cookies cannot be stored.

7. Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law (GDPR and Swiss revFADP), you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, object to processing, and (where GDPR applies) data portability. You may also withdraw cookie consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
