Comments

Media

1. Welche Daten wir erheben

  • Buchungsangaben — Abholort und Ziel, Datum, Uhrzeit, Anzahl Passagiere und allfällige Sonderwünsche.
  • Kontaktdaten — Ihr Name, Ihre E-Mail-Adresse und Telefonnummer.
  • Zahlungsdaten — sicher verarbeitet durch Stripe. Wir speichern Ihre vollständigen Kartendaten nicht auf unseren Servern.

2. Wie wir Ihre Daten nutzen

  • Um Ihre Buchung und Zahlung zu verarbeiten und zu verwalten.
  • Um mit Ihnen zu Ihrem Transfer zu kommunizieren (einschliesslich Flugverfolgung und Abholkoordination).
  • Um auf Ihre Anfragen zu antworten und Kundensupport zu leisten.
  • Um unsere gesetzlichen und buchhalterischen Pflichten zu erfüllen.
  • Um die Nutzung der Website und abgeschlossene Buchungen zu messen (Google Analytics 4 und Google Ads), nur wenn Sie «Alle akzeptieren» wählen.

3. Dritte, an die wir Daten weitergeben

  • Stripe — unser Zahlungsdienstleister für sichere Kartenzahlungen.
  • Bookly — das Buchungssystem zur Verwaltung der Termine auf unserer Website.
  • Google — Places-Autovervollständigung (Browser), Routes API (Fahrpreisberechnung auf dem Server) sowie — nach «Alle akzeptieren» — Google Analytics 4 und Google-Ads-Conversion-Tags. Siehe unsere Cookie-Richtlinie.

Wir geben nur die Daten weiter, die für diese Dienste nötig sind, und verkaufen Ihre Personendaten nicht.

4. Cookies

Wir verwenden Cookies, die nötig sind, um die Website zu betreiben und eine Buchung abzuschliessen. Optionale Cookies (Google Maps / Places, Analytics und Ads) werden nur gesetzt, wenn Sie Alle akzeptieren wählen.
